Laser cutting
We have two 4 kW AMADA FO4020NT laser cutting machines installed which were purchased in 2006. Both lasers are equipped with a fully automatic loading and unloading tower.Specifications:
- Laser cutting up to a thickness of 15 mm in steel, with oxygen
- Laser cutting up to a thickness of 8 mm in steel, with nitrogen (oxide-free skin)
- Laser cutting up to a thickness of 12 mm in stainless steel, with nitrogen
- Laser cutting up to a thickness of 5 mm in aluminium
- Maximum sheet dimensions: 6.000x2.500 mm
- Connected to a fully automatic CS sheet warehouse.

CS (Central Storage) fully automatic sheet warehouse
The loading tower of the two AMADA FO4020NT lasers can exchange sheets with our fully automatic AMADA CS warehouse. This ensures that sheets can be supplied to the lasers faster, time-consuming fork-lift truck manoeuvres are limited to a minimum.

- Total capacity: 324 tons of sheeting.
Plasma cutting
A SATO LS 4000 cutting machine is installed, equipped with one plasma cutting head and four oxyfuel heads. This machine can cut sheet metal up to 3 by 15 metres. The maximum thickness for plasma cutting is 50mm. The oxyfuel cutting heads can cut metal up to a maximum thickness of 300mm.

The maximum thickness of the plasma cutting process is dependent on the type of material.

Folding
Five new BYSTRONIC CNC-driven press brakes were purchased in 2007. These press brakes have an IPC (Integrated Process Control) system to safeguard quality. The machine will register the material properties (thickness) with high precision to compensate for deviations occuring in the bending process, without inconvenient measurement equipment being present in the working area.Specifications:
- 1x Beyeler 400 tons, bending length: 5,1 m
- 3x Beyeler 250 tons, bending length: 3 m
