Flexibility

Metaveld runs two shifts a day and is also capable of working in three shifts.
The customer determines whether we continue working during holiday periods such as Christmas and the summer holidays. 

Delivery time

The standard delivery times are two and three weeks for laser cutting/folding and laser cutting/folding and welding, respectively. These delivery times can be shortened when permanent agreements have been made. 

Quality

Metaveld is ISO 9001:2000 certified.
Metaveld works with an employee classification system. Employees carry out process control and the first products are provided with full measurement reports. If required, we can send measurement results with every delivery.
Metaveld cuts all products with nitrogen, an oxide skin that could cause problems when coating or powder coating products is therefore avoided. 

Price/small series

Metaveld can offer competitive prices for its products due to the high degree of automation in both the production and administrative process. We have, for example, an EDI connection with customers to digitally receive orders which are then automatically processed in our ERP system. Metaveld works with combined nests which are material oriented. Due to the aforementioned automation, we can also produce small repeating series in a very cost effective manner.

Logistics services

We deliver directly to the production lines of the customer by assembling products in permanent logistic units, that is, in kits. This ensures that stock levels at the customer site can be kept to a minimum.
